Padma Namaskar: salute to the lotus
A short practice to include after Savasana, at the end of your day, maybe before you go to bed or anytime you want to feel gratitude and spend a few minutes with yourself.
A new community practice: Wednesday 7:00pm - 7:30pm
A community practice: Wednesday 7:00pm - 7:30pm
No experience needed and you don’t need to bring anything with you.
Just show up, sit in comfort, be guided into silence and gentle breathing.
A place where no questions are asked and no expectations are placed upon you.
Come as you are, all are welcome…

Recipes And Remedies
Recipes and Remedies has come about from a request to share recipes. So the first recipe is my nourishing, time saving, favourite soup, one that I turn to again and again. This delicious soup takes less than an hour to prep and cook. It’s a big big hug in a bowl. Click Read More to download recipe.
The Power Of Plants
Have you experienced a bad reaction to a face serum or cream?
This is my experience of a bad reaction to a serum. One that I didn’t know was a strong exfoliant. As much as I can, I look after my skin the Ayurveda way. This means applying to my skin on the outside, what I would take inside. For example cold pressed avocado oil, extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil. All organic and cold pressed. Make-up is quite a minefield but I’m learning to navigate this. Jones Road Beauty is a good choice, Bare Minerals is not too bad. I’m constantly researching, learning and sharing.
My reaction to a ‘clean’ skincare range resulted in (mild ‘ish’) second degree burns.
Podcast: The Value Of Sharing Your Story With Others + Feeling Adrift
I recently had the pleasure of appearing on Jill McGregor’s Lady Time podcast. Jill and I chatted about my early Menopause at the age of 41, how I managed to reverse my deteriorating bone density. We also discussed the environment, the medicinal power of nature.
Body, Breath & Mind: New Logo And Branding
I see my practice as a seed that started small and tight out of necessity. One that continues to be nurtured and nourished with learning and experience. It is my hope that the teachings I share offer little seeds that get scattered in the studios and online. Like the birds that drop the seeds as they take flight, ready to propagate somewhere else, in someone else.
Women's History Month
Women’s History Month reminds us to celebrate the most influential female figures in your life: family members, childhood inspirations, teachers, mentors, bosses, colleagues, women in your community and of course, your friends.
“Each one of us has lived through some devastation, some loneliness, some weather superstorm or spiritual superstorm, when we look at each other we must say, I understand. I understand how you feel because I have been there myself. We must support each other and empathise with each other because each of us is more alike than we are unalike.” ~ Maya Angelou
