An employee wellbeing programme that implements a culture of wellness which in turn leads to happier, healthier and more productive employees.
Here is how I’m going to do it: I'll provide your staff with the knowledge and skills they’ll need to gain strength physically and mentally. They’ll learn breath management skills to respond effectively in challenging situations. Improve their mental flexibility to enhance good judgement and increase analytical skills. Upon completion your employees will have more headspace, enabling them to switch off at the end of a busy day so that they arrive fresh and eager to engage in their work the next day.
My services include movement practices based on Yoga principals. I teach breath management skills to respond effectively and with respect in difficult situations and guide meditation and mind practices that will allow participants to be more at ease in themselves whilst improving their relationships with others.
