January 31st - 2nd February, 2026

Ballymaloe Grainstore + Barnabrow House, Shangarry, Cork, Ireland

The retreats we host aren’t just a couple of nights away “on holiday”. They're designed for transformation. They’re created to shift your energy and grow the relationship you have with yourself.

Together we bring a wealth of teaching and learning experience that comes to life when it is shared. This is experienced especially in a retreat setting where we get to delve deeper into the rich tapestry of Yoga, away from the daily distractions and challenges of everyday life.

All it takes is one retreat to change, reset and transform…

Who is this retreat for:

This retreat is for all yoga students: including those that are new to yoga and those with an established practice, couples, friends, really anyone wishing to deepen their practice, and understanding of Yoga as a way of being, a way of living and as a philosophy.

The Yoga Shala

The Ballymaloe Grainstore indoor yoga shala is a beautifully restored 17th-century farm building , offering a peaceful, private world in which to meditate and practice asana.

Each class and session during this retreat is designed as a transformative and embodied journey through the body, breath and mind.

We will explore the meaning and relevance of asanas ( physical yoga), meditation, breath work (pranayama) and yoga philosophy. Classes will blend elements of Vinyasa, Intuitive Movement and Restorative Yoga. Practices to rejuvenate body and mind, making space for clarity and inspiration.

You’ll be supported with bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. All equipment provided including yoga mats.

A Peaceful Holistic Haven

We are so excited to host you at Co. Cork's most beautiful Yoga retreat space. Set in the grounds of Ballymaloe House, a family-owned country house hotel and restaurant, nestled in the lush countryside of East Cork. LeighAnn Mulrennan

  • This was by far the best yoga retreat I have ever been on (and I have been on several). Outstanding location and spaces! Amazing food! But the highlight is by far the quality of the yoga teachings that Lisa and Fiona offered.

  • “I cannot say I've ever experienced the love and expert teaching given by both teachers ever before. I absolutely loved each yoga session, both teachers exuded glorious positive energy.
