Lisa is a student of ancient and modern Yogic teachings. Based in Galway, West of Ireland. Lisa shares the knowledge of Yoga that she has gained from great teachers, through study and through her own practice. An exploration of asana, pranayama, meditation, Yoga philosophy and the subtler energies of chakras and mudras.
Lisa Berry's Yoga journey began briefly in her 20s and then again in her mid 30’s which has continued to develop and deepen into the practice and teachings she shares to this day. She shares from the depth of her own sustained practice, her studentship in the philosophies of Yoga, namely Patanjali's 8 limbed path, The Upanishads and the Hatha Pradipika.
For those that want to live their Yoga, feel safe and be provided for.
